Founded in 2011, China Three Gorges International Limited (CTGI) is a subsidiary of China Three Gorges Corporation (CTG) and serves as an important platform for CTG's global clean energy investments. In 2021, the Company successfully introduced several international strategic investors, achieving equity diversification.
Focusing on the clean energy sector, CTGI operates business in fields such as hydropower, onshore wind power, offshore wind power and solar power generation. The Company has extensively participated in global clean energy cooperation through greenfield development, equity mergers and acquisitions, and other means. Since its inception, CTGI has adhered to green and low-carbon development, with all of its power stations being clean energy ones. We aim to be a builder of a clean and beautiful world and contribute to the global energy transition.
By the end of 2024, the Company's total assets reached USD 17.07 billion, with a total installed capacity of 19.77 GW (consisting of controllable capacity1 and capacity with equity interest2 ). The Company has 90 controllable power stations worldwide, including 15 hydropower stations, 29 wind farms, and 46 PV power stations. The Company has received national sovereign ratings from international credit rating agencies including Moody's, S&P, and Fitch, ranging A1, A and A+ respectively from 2022 to 2024.
